At least one month in advance of your run, please make sure to address the following issues:

1. Contact your Support Astronomer, listed in the schedules.
2. Confirm your instrumental/detector setup and prepare your observing plan (you can use the tools provided at the astronomy web pages)..
3. Carefully read the information on health and safety issues.
4. Make your travel and accommodation arrangements. Also remember to fill out both the ING bookings and the IAC residence's booking forms.
5. Read about our astronomy computing facilities on site and complete the computing facilities questionnaire for any further computing requirements (a guest account per run is provided by default).
6. Read the welcome visitor pack and available observer support scheme.
