Autofib 2 LOCAL Command

This is an Engineering Interface Engineering Commands and is to be issued at the engineering interface.

LOCAL Command
 

Format: LOCAL (no parameters)
Description:  Set the control system to accept action commands from the engineering interface only, status requests may still be made from the utility network, no parameters. 
Example: Engineering command > local
