Description: This composition shows the evolution of a total lunar eclipse from the beginning to the totality. This event is among the nature's most spectacular evens. It happens when the Moon passes into the Earth's shadow, and only the scattered light from the Earth's atmosphere reaches our satellite. The first image taken is on the left, and evolves in clockwise direction. The image in the center was taken at the maximum of the totality. The images were taken on the 21st January 2019, using a Canon EOS 6D Mark I camera with a Canon 100-400 L IS USM lens, on a SkyWatcher Star Adventurer mount.
