Nightly Weather and Observing Conditions

We currently offer the following past meterological data obtained using the ING weather stations and RoboDIMM:
  • The historical graph archive, which shows both short and long term variations of many meterological and telescope specific parameters. Enter the historical graph archive.
  • The night-to-night archive, which contain detailed meteorological, RoboDIMM´s atmospheric seeing graphs for a particular night (graphs cover a 24h range, starting at 09:00am), and links to other records of observing conditions.

    Night:
  • The ING annual meteorological reports 1999-2004, including plots for various parameters. Available online at meteorological reports

  • The ING Meteorological Data, recorded by our stations. Please contact the person shown at the bottom of this page.

  • Atmospheric seeing measurements as obtained using ING´s DIMM monitors.

  • Environmental conditions, including relevant atmospheric parameters to health. See environmental conditions.
