SIT1 on LDSS

The SIT1 CCD has an area of 2048x2048 pixels. The image size is 2148x2148, which includes the overscan regions. The LEXT files you need to ensure are up to date in your working directory are:

• lext.startup
• lext.set

At ING, these files will be updated and checked by ING staff before handing the intrument over to you.

If you are at all unsure about these files when the instrument has been handed over to you, check them:

• If you have the correct lext.startup, the parameters Nx and Ny should both be set to 2148.
• If you have the correct lext.set, the parameter Detector should be set to SIT1.
