INT CCD scales and orientations

Following orientations are default values (no DS9 rotation or flip).

Camera Field "/pixel For sky PA=180 pixel pixels
                     " North East microns

WFC 2040 (L-shape) 0.33 left down 13.5 4CCDx(2k*4k)
                                             (CCDs 1,3,4)
                                             down right
                                             (CCD 2)

IDS EEV10 819 0.40 TBD TBD 13.5 2k*4k
IDS RED+2 901 0.44 TBD TBD 15.0 2k*4k
For WFC, to match correct sky orientation (North up, East left, needed to correctly match star charts), in DS9 one should rotate CCD1, CCD3 or CCD4 images by 270 deg (Zoom/270), while CCD2 should be rotated by 180 deg (Zoom/180).
