PLEASE DO NOT SUBMITT YOUR PROPOSAL MORE THAN ONCE, even if you get the following ERROR message:

> Error 500

This is normally not the submission but the following CGI processing which is failing ...
Your proposal has been submitted "normally"

Wait at least until the next 30 minutes of each hour (i.e. XX h 30 min), when an automatic CRON job is excecuted. Within an hour after submission you will receive an email informing you that your proposal has passed safely into the scheme, along with its unique reference code.

If after an hour, you do not receive the email message or your proposal does not appear listed in the status files, please contact the service manager. In this case, the time of your submission will be recorded as the time you first submitted the proposal.
