The conference fee is 285€ (185€ for registered students) and includes

Daily return transport between Los Cancajos hotels and Santa Cruz

Excursion to NE of island, with lunch
Trip to observatory (Friday afternoon)
Conference proceedings

Payment of the conference fee should preferably be made through the secure ePayment gateway BucksNet by credit card or debit card; just proceed to the BucksNet Payment Page to complete the form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations notified to us by email by 30th January 2015 will attract a full refund of the conference fee paid less a small administration charge of 35€. Unfortunately we can't refund any conference fee paid for cancellations notified to us after 30th January 2015.
