Conference Auditorium

The conference sessions and poster presentations will be held in the Teatro Circo de Marte in Santa Cruz de La Palma. Located at Calle Virgen de la Luz, 5, a major restoration of this charming 19th century bulding was completed in 2008, and it's now a focal point for many of the cultural activities in Santa Cruz. The welcome reception and session coffee breaks will be held in the nearby Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, just a one-minute walk away.

Have a look at the location of the auditorium in interactive Google Maps. If you're using a smartphone or tablet in La Palma with location services enabled, select the Walking or Driving icon to identify your direct route to the venue. Or if planning a route in advance on your laptop, just left-click the starting point and select the Walking or Driving icon. Of course you can do the same for any other destination such as that great restaurant you were recommended; just enter its name or address in the destination field. Finally, La Palma is well covered in Street View, so you can use this feature of Google Maps too to confirm your bearings.
