General CCD Controller Board Modifications

Some boards once received from SDSU may need minor modifications. Also, the INGRID boards may be different from the CCD boards. The Timing and Utility boards should be the same for all Optical CCD controllers. The CCD Video boards for TEKs and SITes are different from EEVs and MITs. The INT WFC is a special case and is described separately.
