CCD Video Board Modifications

The video boards as received from SDSU have R1 and R51 (the CCD OS load resistors) set to 5K6.

These need to be changed to 10K in the case of EEV/MIT single and dual controllers, and 20K in the case of TEK/SITe controllers. For the INTWFC, these resistors remain unchanged at 5K6. For the Qucams this should be 4K7 for both outputs. For Red+4 this should be 5K1.

All L3 video boards require the following changes ; replace R143 with a zero ohm link, replace C74 & C31 with 500pF capacitors.
