4.7.3 Adding access rights holders

As the owner of an object, you may want to assign access control values in a more customized way than the three default roles in BSCW permit. This may be desirable, for example, when

For such a customized arrangement, you may select users and BSCW groups (see section 4.5.3) from your Address Book and add them as individual access rights holders to the Access control table:

This extended form includes a section Add users or groups to access control table (row) that lets you choose user names and the names of BSCW groups from your Address Book:

If the selected users or groups are members of the Workspace to which the object belongs, they are added to the Access control table in separate rows below 'Members of <object name>'. Non-members are added in rows below 'All users except ...'.

If a row in the Access control table is no longer needed, you may remove it:
