For such a customized arrangement, you may select users and BSCW groups (see section 4.5.3) from your Address Book and add them as individual access rights holders to the Access control table:
to display the object's Info page.
to bring up the 'Access control table for object name' form.
to display an extended form.
This extended form includes a section Add users or groups to access control table (row) that lets you choose user names and the names of BSCW groups from your Address Book:
If the selected users or groups are members of the Workspace to which the object belongs, they are added to the Access control table in separate rows below 'Members of <object name>'. Non-members are added in rows below 'All users except ...'.
to revoke any access control values individually assigned.
