5.2.2 Confirming participation or declining an invitation

The icon to the left of each entry in your Calendar indicates whether you

  confirmed your participation,

  have not yet replied,

  declined the invitation.

• Select (checkmark) the entry of a Meeting and
• click    or  

to accept or to decline the invitation. Your Calendar and the details of the respective Meeting object are updated accordingly.
