4.7.5.2 Access control values for users and BSCW groups

If you have added BSCW groups and users to the Access control table (see section 4.7.3), they have their own rows in the table. Use the menus in the cells of these rows to assign individual access control values for action clusters to these BSCW groups and users.

These individual access control values compete against those in the 'Members of <object name>' row and the 'All users except ...' row, respectively -- depending on whether the BSCW groups and users are members of the Workspace or not. To give the individual values higher priority in determining the access rights,

• choose 'yes' or 'no' for the individual values, indicating that the actions of the respective cluster
• may be performed --> 'yes'
  or
• may not be performed --> 'no'.

and

• choose 'derived' for the values in the 'Members of <object name>' row and in the 'All users except ...' row.
