Sorting entries

BSCW will display the entries in different sort orders.

• Click the button on the

Sort: [By type] [By rating] [By name] [By date]
button bar

to redisplay the page with the entries sorted in the desired order.

If the Sort: button bar is not displayed in your Folder pages etc., use your 'Edit preferences' form to instruct BSCW to show it (for details see section 4.2).

Expanding the list of entries

The list of entries in the current page may be expanded to include the lists of entries of the Folders, Meetings and Discussions listed in the current page:

• Click    or    on the button bar for selected objects above and below the list of entries

to show or hide, respectively, the contents (list of entries) of the Folders, Meetings and Discussions below their entries in the current page.

If you have configured the Folders, Meeting objects or Discussions whose entries are shown in the expanded list, to show their entries in turn -- or if you do so by clicking their    icons -- the list of entries provides an overview of your Folder's contents three or more levels deep.

Showing the full contents

Going even further, you may display the contents of the current Folder in a special indented list that includes below each entry of a Folder, Meeting or Discussion its list of entries, and below each entry of a Note object its message:

• Click the    icon in the header section of the page

to bring up the Info page of the current Folder or Meeting object.

• Click    in the top button bar of the Info page

to display the full contents page.

This page has no header and footer section; the entries show no [Action] bars and Descriptions.
