HexFormat
MessageHandler	This class wraps up the syslog classes into a standard method of accessing the syslog which is applicable to the way that we use the syslog here at the ING.
OCSCORBAHelper	This class will be used to provide a number of convenience CORBA related functions which can be used throughout the WHTICS system.
StatusItemHelper	This class contains methods which can be used to manipulate the IDL data type StatusItem.

Exception Summary

BadStatusValueException	This exception is raised when there there is a bad status item recognised.
UnableToConvertAnyValue	This exception is raised when we are unable to convert an Any value to a string
