The owner, who is the cook as well, is Italian. The reastaurant offers typical Italian dishes, hand made pasta, and Italian wines and Limoncello - a typical liqueur, as well as Canarian specialities and local wines. The restaurant is closed on Thursdays, except in August and holidays (i.e. Christmas, Easter... ).
