Mechanical handling - Training

This section deals with the training of staff using mechanical handling and lifting of equipment in the observatory.

Training Policy

For the future lifting qualification will be recognised for two years in which time a refresher course is be attend. If you fail attend the refresher courses your lifting qualification will be removed and you will need to attend a full course to regain the qualification.
