NAOMI Instrument Description

Enclosure

NAOMI is currently (8/2002) housed in a light-tight enclosure, GHRIL, on one Nasmyth platform. In winter 2002, it will move to a new purpose-built enclosure, GRACE, on the opposite Nasmyth platform, formerly occupied by UES.

NAOMI radiates about 200 W into the enclosure.
