The INSTFOS2 packet

The INSTFOS2 packet lists the header items which define the state of the Faint-Object Spectrograph. The header records should be as follows:

FOSFOCUS= REAL               / Position of FOS focus (microns)
FOSHTILT= REAL               / HTILT (microns)
FOSVTILT= REAL               / VTILT (microns)
FOSLHART= CHAR               / Position of left Hartmann shutter
FOSRHART= CHAR               / Position of right Hartmann shutter

Notes:

• Since FOS and ISIS share a common slit area, the ISIS packet should always be collected for FOS observations.
