Attendees who are arriving late on the Tuesday evening (after 8pm) will be able to get to their rooms, but they should contact Norma Taylor directly to let her know their expected time of arrival. This is so the 24hr porter is aware of the arrivals. NOTE THAT THE HALLS WILL BE CLOSED FROM GOOD FRIDAY (APRIL 2nd) UNTIL THE MORNING OF THE 6TH.
