UADSA_HTML Sub part of UADSA to create month files

uadsa_html is a sub-ordenate used by uadsa_ov. This program creates an html formatted file from the month you currently see in uadsa_ov. After this is created you then can startup netscape and read this file into netscape. From netscape you then can print the file to whatever printer is available to you. The reason why I have done this is down to two reasons.
First one is that this way I don't need to provided drivers for every single printer.
Second is a future thought so that persons at the administration can easely deal with time-sheets as well. Although I think for the future it will turn into an other direction.
This program is not written very nicely because it was a quick one. If I get time I'll make the program better but for the time being it works for you.

Note : You can not use this program from the command line and its strongly recommended not to try it either.
