UADSA_EC Sub part of UADSA to create month files

uadsa_ec is a sub-ordenate used by uadsa_ed. Uadsa_ec calculates the right figures for one day. You can use this sub-ordenate also as command from the command-line but would strongly not recommended for those of you who don't know what the format is. If you get the format (argument) wrong then the output will be zero, none .

The format of uadsa_ec is as follows.
uadsa_ec + a load of arguments. If time I will give then here for you to experiment with it.
