As its owner you may publish a Folder, a Meeting or a Discussion, i. e. allow anonymous access across the web, by inviting the user anonymous as a member.

Use this form to grant anonymous the right to add objects of specific types to the Workspace:
If no object type is selected, anonymous may only read the objects in the Workspace.
By default, anonymous' right to add objects is not unconditional: similar to postings to a moderated newsgroup, objects added by anonymous have to be approved for publication by the owner of the Workspace, before they become visible and accessible to the other members of the Workspace.
to allow anonymous to add objects to the Workspace that are immediately fully visible.
to invite anonymous as a Workspace member and to allow public access to the Workspace and the object it contains.
You may later revoke the public access by removing anonymous from the members of the Workspace. If anonymous has been allowed to add objects, BSCW has automatically re-organized the action clusters that are the basis of the access rights for this Workspace. These modifications are not undone automatically if you just anonymous. Instead you should first
to update the access rights of anonymous. BSCW will now set the action clusters back to their default values.

to remove anonymous from the members of the Workspace. This immediately stops public access to the Workspace.
