4.2.6 Setting your email format

BSCW can generate emails as plain text or as HTML-formatted text. If your email program can interpret and display HTML pages (the email components of the widely-used browsers can, for example), you may want to choose the HTML-formatted version:

• Click [Edit Prefs] in the footer of a Folder page

to bring up the 'Edit preferences' form.

• Select (checkmark)

Receive email in HTML

• Click

  to make BSCW send you HTML formatted email, in particular the Daily Workspace Activity Report (see section 4.2.5).
