BSCW has several ways to display information about Events:
The Monitor continuously provides information about relevant Events in your Workspaces (see section 5.3).
The Daily Workspace Activity Report lists all Events of interest across all your Workspaces during the previous day (see section 4.2.5).
Event icons in the entries in a Folder page inform you at a glance that at least one action of a specific Event category was performed on this object recently.
Behind the object name up to 5 different Event icons may be displayed: , , , and
Click an Event icon to obtain a list of the recent Events of this category for the object.
All recent Events for an object are listed under Changes since <date time of last Catch up>
in the Info page of the object (accessed via the icon of the object).
A detailed history of all Events for an object is maintained, reaching as far back as your BSCW Administrator will allow.
