The ilck.sch schematic

This schematic contains the component of the NAOMI database responsible for handling the Emergency Stop buttons that appear on the NAOMI engineering screens. The Gemini "Interlock" scheme, which has been implemented on the GMOS deviceControl and assemblyControl records, has been used. The Interlock status ("1" signifies an interlock, for which the instrument hardware must stop, "0" signals that motor movement is safe) is written to the VAL field of the dfanout record "trigger". This is forwarded on to binary input records (each called "ilck") in each of the wavefront sensor and calibration unit sub-schematics, which are responsible for interlocking each of the deviceControl, assemblyControl and other mechanism control records within these components.
