| Usage: | rotate rotator_mode [position_angle]

| Description: | Move the rotator to the specified mount or sky position
angle, or change it's mode of operation. See the WHT TCS documentation
for further details.

| Arguments: | rotator_mode is one
of "SKY", "MOUNT", "FLOAT", "VERTICAL" or "VFLOAT".
position_angle is only required if rotator_mode is "SKY" or "MOUNT". Should be a real number in range 0.0-360.0 degrees. Note: the WHT cassegrain rotator has limits of +/- 250
degrees; the Nasmyth rotator has no such limitations.
