UPGRADE

• R3.13.1 - "ING standard EPICS"

  We have applications running under R3.12 and R3.13. The exercise to port to R3.13.1 has been completed for almost all our systems:

  • INGRID
  • WYFFOS/CU
  • ISISP
  • INTEGRAL
  • OSCA
  • USP ( Under development by Dennis Armstrong )
  • LIRIS
  • TEST ( Test Crate at Sea Level )
  • VMEDEV ( VME Development Crate at Roque )
  • ISIS ( Under development by Charles Benneker )

  The systems yet to be converted to R3.13 are as follow:

  • NAOMIOMC
  • NAOMISDSU

  The guideline to upgrade are as follow:

  • move all application to R3.13.1
  • use makeBaseAppl.pl - give up SAE and UAE
  • all applications under CVS control

• R3.14.3 - "ING enhanced EPICS"

  We have applications running under R3.13 which we wish to upgrade. The exercise to port to R3.14 has not yet been started. A working version of R3.14.3 is available for testing. We wish to upgrade the following systems:

  • USP
