| Description: | Send arbitrary commands to the WHT TCS via the TCS 'user'
command facility.
These commands are entirely synonymous. The tcs command was added in a more recent software release to extend functionality for compatibility with systems in use at other ING telescopes (INT / JKT). The TCS executes the command specified by tcs_cmd_string in exactly the same way as if it had been entered directly at the TCS command line prompt. See the WHT TCS documentation for further details.

| Arguments: | tcs_cmd_string is a string specifying the TCS commands to be executed. If the string contains spaces it will need to be enclosed in double quotes. |
