Function:
Cpol performs a sequence of 4 ISIS Polarimetry runs (cpol) moving QWPlate
to 4 angles. The QWPlate is moved to 0, 90, 45, and 135 degrees.
Usage:
cpol <camera_name> <exp_time> ["<title>"]
The title-string must be enclosed in double quotes.
