1. User specifies the format for each readout by running the sequence set readout format. System remembers the readout format.
2. User starts a single MNDR observation (run command), stating the exposure time and the title. System readies a data cube of two planes. The first and second dimensions match the readout format for the detector. The third dimension is two planes. System executes the sequence MNDR. System executes the sequence make FITS header. System executes the sequence save to archive file
3. User starts a sequence of MNDR observations (multrun command), stating the number of MNDR repeats, the exposure time and the number of readouts in each MNDR. System readies a hypercube whose first three dimensions are as above and whose fourth dimension is the number of MNDR sequences. System repeats the sequence MNDR for each position on the fourth axis. System executes the sequence make FITS header. System executes the sequence save to archive file
