These events are free and you don't have to register for in advance. At the conference registration on La Palma you will be asked whether you would like to attend the trip to the observatory, the official dinner and/or the excursion to the South of La Palma or not.

Sunday, June 5 20:30. Welcome reception. Buffet-dinner at the dinning room of Club Náutico, offered by La Palma Tourist Board.

Monday, June 6 17:35. Talk "La Palma: The Beautiful Island", by Juan Manuel Castro (touristical guide and local researcher). At the conference room.

Tuesday, June 7 16:00. Group photograph. At the steps of the Club Náutico.

Wednesday, June 8 14:00. Excursion to Roque de los Muchachos Observatory, offered by La Palma Tourist Board. Departure from and return to Hotel Marítimo, Santa Cruz de La Palma. Visit to William Herschel, NOT and GranTeCan telescopes.

Thursday, June 9 20:30. Official dinner, offered by Excmo. Cabildo Insular de La Palma (La Palma government). Dinning room of Club Náutico.

Friday, June 10 21:00. Farewell party. At the swimming-pool resort of the Club Náutico, Santa Cruz de La Palma.

Saturday, June 11 11:00. Excursion to the South of La Palma. Departure and return to Hotel Marítimo, Santa Cruz de La Palma.
