DRIFT - Carry out a drift scan run

Parameters

Scan length in arc seconds (maximum 650 arc secs)

Total exposure time in seconds (in range 289 to 5780 - equivalent to 0.5 to 10 seconds per column)

Object name (maximum of 24 characters)

Example

Adam:> DRIFT

You will be prompted for the scan length and exposure time. These are then checked for validity.

N.B. It is not possible to issue other commands during a DRIFT run.

N.B. The MIMIC display is disabled during a DRIFT run.
