CCDINIT/RESET(CCD) - Complete and partial re-initialisation

CCDINIT performs a complete re-initialisation of the CCD system. This can result in messages of warning of variables being re-declared but should always be safe. RESETCCD merely re-initialises the CCD controller. This is necessary if there has been an error or timeout on READ, CLEAR or FLASH.
