UDEKKER

Sets the position of the UES dekker, which controls the UES slit length.

Format: UDEKKER <parameter>

Units: Microns

Range: 0 < <parameter> < 123530

Defaults: Defaults to uninitialised on power--up

Examples : UDEKKER 100000

Comments: The USLITLEN command should normally be used instead of the UDEKKER command.
