Clears the Overillumination status.
Format: CLEAR_OVERILLUM
Comments: An overillumination trip closes the shutter and will not
allow the user to open it until the overillumination
status has been cleared. It is important for the user
to establish why the overillumination condition occurred,
and to ensure that it will not happen again, before
issuing this command.
