Format: ENABLE_WINDOWS <channel>
Channel: The name of the CCD data acquisition channel .
Examples : ENABLE_WINDOWS FOS
Comments: Where windowing and binning of the CCD have been disabled using the DISABLE_WINDOWS command, this command reenables them.
