Controls the FOS Hartmann shutters.

Format: FMHARTMANN <position>

Example: FMHARTMANN LEFT

Synonym: FMHA

Comments: Valid parameters are: LEFT (left shutter in beam); RIGHT (right shutter in beam) and CLEAR (both shutters out of beam).
