Moves a specified mechanism

Format: ISIS_MOVE <mechanism> <position>

Example: ISIS_MOVE RED_GRATING 45789

Comments: The list of mechanisms which can be moved includes those which can be initialised with ISIS_INIT, plus ANAMORPHOTIC; LID_COVER and SLIT_JAWS.
