This program, creates an image file with a new data format from an input image with a different data format. The program can create a U*2, I*2, I*4 or R*4 file.
This is useful if any of the other image manipulation programs produce strange results due to under/overflows because of limitations of the data formats.
To use simply type CHFORM and follow the prompts
