Lookup table and other Lexidata commands

The following commands are available, and as yet not documented elsewhere:-

1. CLOV(ER) - Clear the Lexidata overlay planes
2. LEXINI(T) - Reset the Lexidata and load an appropriate lookup
3. LEXCL(EAR) - Clear or reset the Lexidata parameter mask
4. LEXCL(EAR) MASK=1023 - Leaves only overlays
5. LEXP(AN) - Pan and zoom
6. LEXZOO(M) - Zoom by hand with specified factor about specified
7. LUTCON(TRAST) - Manipulate the lookup table to enhance contrast
8. LUT(LOAD) - Load a lookup table (try COLS, GREY)
9. LUTROT(ATE) - Rotate the lookup table
10. UNZ(OOM) - Return to an unzoomed and unpanned state
11. LEXPL(OT) - Plot the current Lexidata display on the lineprinter
