This procedure changes the step size (in RA and Dec) used by the FOCUS and MULTEXP procedures. Allowed values lie in the range 5 to 100 arcseconds.

The procedure resets the ADAM global variable step_size to be the value specified.
The default value for this parameter on startup is 20
