This procedure changes the focus step size used in the FOCUS procedure. Allowed values lie in the range 0.02 to 0.2mm.
Example
Adam:> FOCINC 0.04
Notes
The procedure resets the ADAM global variable f_step to the value specified.
The default value for this parameter on startup is 0.1mm.
