TVD(ISPFZ)/TVG(ETFZ)/TVSETFZ - Finder zero points

TVDISPFZ displays the current finder zero point on the Adam terminal. These numbers also appear in the top, right-hand corner of the Grinnell monitor. TVGETFZ gets the current finder zero point from the TV. TVSETFZ sets the finder zero point to the values specified.
