WFC Dome Flat Assistant

We give some guides about exposure times to be used with WFC and different filters to acquire dome flats with optimum signal (around ~30,000 +/- 1000 counts). We include two dome lightening levels, namely Full and 2/3 setting (corresponding to the marker on the dial pointing to the top left corner of its square casing). The values here displayed are for the CCD #4 with no binning (bin 1x1), and for readout speeds slow and fast.
