This is a ICL Control Command and is to be issued at the ICL command.
AFOFFSETROBOT Command
| Format: | AFOFFSETR(OBOT) dX dY
dX = Offset X position dY = Offset Y position |
| Description: | Offset the robot by an incremental amount.
This command offsets the robot by an amount (dX,dY) microns relative to its current position. On completion, the robot carriage position is reported. |
