Section 1 : Gather AF2 Equipment
Below is a list of AF2 equipment that you need to set the instrument
up in a development area. Next to the item is the location where
it should be stored. If it isn't there the person incharge of the
instrument (currently Kevin Dee kmd@ing.iac.es)
should be informed. A picture of each item will be displayed by clicking
on each name.

Mechanical Assistance is required to move the equiptment from there storage place to the development area.
Before connection the electrical cables, the small fibre module should be connected to the robot. Assuming that you are going to use the small fibre module.
IMPORTANT If testing Autofib 2 without the fibre module, it is important to place a metal object on the small module detection sensor.
Visually check the robot for any problems, particularly the gripper
mechanism.
If needed lubricate Autofib2 using a cloth impregnated with oil.
Be careful not to get any lubricant on the prisms. DO NOT USE SPRAY LUBRICANTS
OR COMPRESSED AIR TO CLEAN AND LUBRICATE AUTOFIB
Visually check the fibres on the field plate making sure that none
of them have fallen.
Once all the equipment is gathered and accounted for then proceed with section 2.
