AF2_START Command

Format: AF2_START  (no parameters)
Description:  Start AF2 system tasks and initialise

This command is issued by the AF2 start-up sequence to load and start the D-task and I-tasks. Checks are made to see if tasks are already present before loading is attempted. The obligatory D-task UNEX action is started to check for incoming 80x messages, and the HEALTHMONITOR action is also started. The command _must_ be called supplying the name of the UNET destination for AF2 messages.

Also used by the AF2_SIMULATE command.

Example: 11:22:02> af2_start
