1. Summary

This document summarizes the changes made to I25-0-0, the latest version in the I25 release tree of the INT Telescope Control System, to produce the release tree I26.

4. Deliverables and Installation

The CMS classes necessary to build TCS versions in the I26 release tree are defined in Section 8, they are also defined in the version files in [INT_LOGIN.VERSION].
CMS libraries containing the source code for the TCS, the PLOT and CAMTEST utilities, and the build procedures are held on LPAS3; the root directory for the CMS libraries is defined by the logical name SOURCE_DIR.

5. Reasons for release

I26-0-0

New features

AUTO SKIP n command tells TCS to ignore next n centroids from autoguider, where n is between 1 and 10. This command is used with the WFC, where clearing the science chip inteferes with the autoguider. For WFC the UltraDAS run client sends the TCS the AUTO SKIP 1 commands via TELD. Note that this feature has been in use for some months as part of a development version denoted IFJG.
Dome Alarm as implemented at the WHT. If the dome is not in position within 2 minutes, an alarm (beeping) is raised. The alarm can be silenced by the ACKNOWLEGE [DOME] command. In the case that dome movement is not required, depress the dome overide button: not only does the dome not move, but there are no alarms.
The leap second scheduled at 24:00 on 31-Dec-2008 has been entered.

Defects fixed

No DRs or PIMS/JIRA issues.
